Grameen Shakti has begun the transition from manual to automated tasks.
Grameen Shakti’s MIS operation is supported by a Bijli SAAS model.

All field officers use mobile apps for routine activities such as:


  • Real-time client identity data validation (Aadhar, VoterID, PAN, etc.),>
  • Real-time CIBIL validation of clients,
  • Real-time bank validation with penny drops,
  • Geo-location capture of clients,
  • QR-based UPI cash collection for loan repayment, and so on.
 

All the field activities are recorded in real time and monitored by a dedicated MIS team. The MIS team provides online field support in emergencies.


The Bijli MIS system has the capability to generate detailed dashboard reports for analysis and decision-making.


Grameen Shakti has collaborated with third-party service providers to deliver eKYC and digital payment solutions, which include numerous third-party APIs integrated with our Bijli MIS for automated eKYC and digital payment workflows.


Grameen Shakti is implementing a paperless loan process. To elaborate, clients must supply their identity and bank information, which will be collected digitally and verified in real time. Once the loan is accepted, the loan application will be completed digitally, the client’s signature collected digitally, and all signed documents will be kept in the cloud for future reference. Within a day, the loan amount will be deposited to the client’s account. Clients can choose between a passbook with a dynamic QR code printed on it and in-person QR code generation for digital payments.
